Videos played perfectly and I could not believe that you can switch to touch on the Android tablet and everything worked exactly like it would normally, yet I'm in Windows. So, I downloaded SuperDisplay, set it up using usb and tried it out. for both PC and Mac using Android tablets but.there was always something off.Įither lots of lags or windows (as in on screen windows) sort of not playing right with each other after a while. I've tried Duet Display, SpaceDesk, Splashtop, etc. If you're coming from an iPad and used Duet Display (like I did), SuperDisplay is the app you're looking for.ĭude.this software is.fucking amazing. That was unexpected and super impressive. Even from the Tab home screen, I was looking at my desktop literally three seconds after plugging in the USB cable. This morning, I plugged my tablet in to my desktop and reached for the SuperDisplay icon on my home screen, but it automatically opened and extended my PC display before I could even touch the screen. I used it on my laptop yesterday and also installed the driver on my desktop but didn't connect it there. After seeing many people here recommend SuperDisplay, I installed it yesterday and paid the $10 for it within five minutes. Same for SpaceDesk and a few others I've tried. The built-in screen sharing works fine at home, but I had several disconnects and it's not a good option outside my home network. For that reason, being able to connect via USB rather than WiFi only was a big factor. This is a feature I use all the time, both at home and when working out and about. After switching to the Tab S7+ from my iPad Pro, I went on the hunt for a great app for extending my PC screen to my tablet.
